... I need to buy my books for this semester's classes.

This should be the last full semester of college for Laura. With the exception of taking 2 additional classes this summer, she will graduate with her Bachelor's Degree from Towson University free of debt or student loans. Yipee!!

I feel so blessed that I have been able to help both of my girls finish school without having any debts to carry with them. Maybe I'll be able to save a few dollars soon and do some traveling...

I'm Going to be a Grandma...

It's official, my daughter Angie and her husband Greg are expecting! The new addition is due in August and I'm so happy for them. I've already started to purchase baby related fabrics to make some baby items, so I'll have to set aside the purse projects that I was working on.

It only took me a week, but from the time I was told I would be a grandmom (but told to wait to tell anyone until they had see the doctor), I completed my first quilt for the expected baby.

Next I'll work on some matching items.
